About Shay Eveland

I am a Storywork coach, and Spiritual Director who works with people carrying real stories–stories of trauma, transition, heartbreak, resilience, and everything in between. My focus is helping you slow down and listen to the parts of your story that have been asking for attention, kindness, and care.

I am trained in Narrative–Focused Trauma Care and received my certificate in that area from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I received my certificate in Spiritual Direction from Moody Bible College. Shaped by years of inner-work practice and committed to spaces where people feel safe, honored, and deeply human. I am not interested in perfection or performance. I'm interested in people being seen, known, and supported while they name the truth of their experience.

I offer one-on-one coaching, spiritual direction, reflective workbooks, groups and retreats for those who want thoughtful, trauma-informed support as they move toward a life marked by clarity, compassion, and hope. If you are here, you are already doing the brave work. I am honored to walk with you.
