Spiritual Direction
A gentle place to listen for the sacred in your story, ask honest questions, and deepen your sense of connection with God without pressure, formulas, or performance.

People who are carrying stories they've held alone for years. People who feel stuck between "I survived" and “now what?” People navigating betrayal, attachment wounds, shame, and old patterns that won't let go. People who want a safe, honest, compassionate place to sort through what's true.
What sessions feel like
Sessions with me are slow, steady, and spacious. We go at a pace that doesn't overwhelm your body or your story. You don't have to show up with the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. We learn the shape of things together.
I'm not here to judge, rush, you, or force clarity before you're ready. I'm here to notice with you the places where your story still tugs or hurts, the places that feel confusing, heavy, or unfinished. We follow what feels true, not what feels urgent.
Most people tell me they leave sessions with me feeling calmer, more grounded, and a little more themselves. Not fixed. Not solved. Just less alone inside what they've been carrying.
Pricing:
Individual session 55 minutes: $125
12–session package: 10% off the full rate
Sessions are available online or in person for clients in the Lincoln, Nebraska area.
Payment is due at the time of service.
I accept credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA when applicable.
