Why Your Story Matters

Your story is not too much and it isn't irrelevant. The way you learned to cope, protect yourself, attach, disconnect, or survive didn't appear out of nowhere. It came from real moments in your life.

In this free workshop, we will explore:

  • why childhood experiences even in good families shape adult behavior

  • how small wounds create big patterns

  • how trauma impacts the nervous system

  • why you respond the way you do in relationships, conflict, and stress

  • the beginning steps to seeing your story with more clarity & compassion

You will hear short, illustrative stories, learn simple, trauma-informed concepts and walk away with a deeper understanding of why your life makes sense- not because something is wrong with you, but because your story is real.

This workshop is gentle, accessible, and designed for anyone who is curious about the connection between their past and their present.

What you will receive:

  • A compassionate, safe space

  • A 1-hour live teaching session

  • A grounding practice

  • A printable reflection page

  • Access to resources for continued Storywork

  • Optional Q & A at the end
