Flourishing During and After Divorce
Divorce rearranges your world. It interrupts identity, belonging, and the story you thought you were living. Even when the choice is right, the aftermath can feel disorienting and heavy. We recognize how hard this season is and we also hold great hope for the life you can build from here.
This eight week online divorce support circle offers a compassionate, steady space to make sense of your story and begin shaping a future that reflects who you truly are. Guided by two trauma-informed coaches, Debbie Schroder and Shay Eveland, you will explore themes of grief, resilience, identity, and possibility. Together, we will honor the reality of what has been lost while moving towards what is good, spacious, and life-giving in the chapters ahead.
Throughout this course, you'll engage with practices that help you clarify your values, reconnect with your desires, and imagine a future you genuinely want to live in. You will also begin crafting a practical, personalized plan for how to move toward that future–step-by-step, at a pace that honors your story. By the end of the eight weeks, our hope is that you will leave with a vision for what is possible, renewed hope for your life ahead, and a grounded path for how to begin building it.
Each gathering includes reflective teaching, grounding practices, guided storywork, and meaningful conversation with other women navigating similar terrain. This circle is not about rushing the healing process or forcing positivity. It is about reclaiming your agency, reconnecting with what makes you come alive, and intentionally creating a future that aligns with your dignity and your deep good.
Whether your divorce is recent or still echoing in your life years later, you don't have to walk this path alone. There is good ahead for you. This circle is a place to begin moving toward that goodness with community, intention, and renewed strength.
Eight weeks beginning Thursday, February 12, 2026 and finishing April 2, 2026. All meetings are held virtually from 7pm-8:30pm CST.
